Dr Heng Aik Teng, is a TCM specialist, holds PhD degree from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. With over 20 years of experience under his belt, he is currently the TCM Head of Program at Inti International University and also a Council Member of Ministry of Health Joint Technical Committee and JTC of the Traditional and Complementary Medical Council of Ministry of Health Malaysia. Dr Heng is a Committee Member of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Joint Committee for evaluation and promotion as well as Committee for epidemic/pandemic disease.
With decades of experience under his belt, Dr Heng specializes in disease treatment and control as well as acupuncture therapy for not only pain management but also for treatment of diseases using various proprietary manipulation techniques to improve the efficacy of acupuncture.
Having had the honour of tutelage under Professor Zhang Zhilong, Dr Heng is an authorized practitioner of Professor Zhang’s patented acupuncture technique for spleen and stomach care specifically used for the treatment of Diabetes. Dr Heng also have had the privilege of tutelage under Professor Zhang Quanming and Professor Chai Tiewei, notable experts in TCM.

Dr Yeoh Beng And, holds a PhD in TCM, Masters and Bachelor from Tianjin University of TCM.
With over 35 years of experience under her belt, she specializes in internal medicine and acupuncture. Amongst her areas of focus include geriatric and gynaecology, treating problems such as pain, internal injuries, consumption diseases, obesity, stroke, etc. She is also a lecturer at Inti International University and founder of Yeoh & Tan Acupuncture.
She currently spends a significant portion of her efforts in CSR activities, being the Director and Head Physician at OKR Free Acupuncture Centre, a CSR centre she started since 2004.
She is also a certified practitioner of Wellness Medical Qigong, a special qigong technique focused on medical healing and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Medical Qigong

Dr. Looi Kem Loong (BA, CA(M), FCA, BTCM, PhD) , aged 48 completed his Bachelor in Traditional Chinese Medicine with First Class Honours degree winning the President’s Award from Inti International University and holds a Doctorate PhD in Health Sciences. He is also a graduate from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Bringing with him multidisciplinary experience, he was attached to the corporate finance department of AmMerchant Bank Berhad in a managerial capacity as well as Vice President Newfields Advisors Sdn Bhd. He was also the founding promoter of Asia Bioenergy Group (now known as Fintec Global Berhad), a public listed company and hence brings with him experiences in biotechnology, green technology and other industries.
Mr Looi is a Certified Practitioner of Wellness Medical Qigong and also does in-depth research in Taoism, Fengshui and related topics, having an Advanced Practitioner’s Certificate from Yap Cheng Hai Academy. Furthering his interest, he went on to complete his Bachelor in Traditional Chinese Medicine with First Class Honours and Doctorate in Health Sciences and currently devotes significant portion of his time in philanthropy activities such as charity acupuncture clinics, etc.
He is the Technical Advisor/Reviewer for the book titled “Urutan Pediatrik untuk Bayi” and “Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Specialised Diseases: A Guide for Overseas Practitioners.”

Ms Penny Ling, graduated with her Bachelor in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Inti International University and is a Ministry of Health licensed TCM practitioner
She diagnosed and treated patients using Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and cupping. She specialises in geriatric care especially in pain management and related.
